WHAT IS A LIFE COACH
A Life Coach is not a counsellor or a therapist. A Life Coach is a facilitator. A guide. A man or woman who helps another discover their own potential, someone who by listening and asking the right questions enables a person to remove perceived blockages preventing change. A Life Coach is someone who supports and encourages you on your journey without actually showing you the way. A Life Coach is an ‘Agent of Change’
There are many stages in our lives that require us to deal with change on a personal level. Some of these changes are welcome some are not. When change is forced upon us we tend to resist. Even welcome changes can cause us difficulties. If you are experiencing change or would like to make changes and would like support in this please give me a call for an informal chat.

Dear Sally,
It seems incredible to me, that in just 3 meetings with you, that I have managed to get on top of what seemed to me to be such a massive mountain of difficult decisions and worries. With your help I have been able to look at the bigger picture, re focus, plan and push forward to achieve my goals and ambitions. What is more is that I have no doubt that I am already well and truly on my way to doing this, and more importantly enjoying the journey. The term ‘life coaching’ can I think be misunderstood and perhaps seem to infer that you will be telling people what it is that they should do. My experience is that I knew what I wanted to do, but felt confused and daunted by the prospect. You helped me to create my own path and gave me support and encouragement all the way. I definately think that your term ‘Agent of Change’ is more appropriate!
The help you have given me has been so valuable, and I will continue to apply these principles to may daily life. I will certainly be recommending you to anyone else that feels stuck. I think you are the life equivalent of the AA!
Please feel free to pass my number on to anyone who has doubt about how you can be of service to them.
